10/10/05 - Finally finished reading this book! The fact that I constantly fell asleep after only a few pages was due to my lack of sleep as aoppsed ton the skill of the author. It was a more entertaining read than I expected; the author made sure to sprinkle juicy bits of unsubstantiated gossip here and there. My only problem was keeping up with the complicated bloodlines. I would rather that the author had put the geneology chart in the front than after the endnotes.
